In skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing … or any
combination of sports!
Keeping your balance by continuous movement and doing so gracefully
is the essence of all extreme sports. We’ve discovered that
with continuous “non-linear” exercise, extreme athletes
can actually improve their skills.
During the off season, the 8board provides
a substitute slope, curl or half pipe.
Skiing, snowboarding and skating have everything to do with balance
and coordination.
But we also know that there is (or should be) a natural feeling
that comes from understanding the concepts of spatial dynamics,
gravity and levity, and one’s own coil.
